ask me

C'mon, ask me.

Would I do John Goodman?

Yes. I absolutely would.

And to show you how into John Goodman I actually am, I would do him now and back in the Roseanne days.

That John Goodman charm has always rocked my boat.

using the internet for good

(I would totally do this last guy here.)

apiece apart

This morning I discovered apiece apart on 2 or 3 things I know, and I have fallen in love.

I want to dress like this all the time. Here are a few of my favourites from their current and past collections.

happy easter

My Easter weekend has consisted of:

1. going to a great lunch with L. yesterday (will write about restaurant soon),

2. later followed by a party where a guy told me that he pictured me naked,

3. and Easter lunch today with all the crazies in my family, which includes my grandmother, who told me, essentially, that my outfit looked like shit.

All in all, a very good Easter.

yes, I watch big brother brasil

I watch it obsessively. And they are down to the three finalists. Tomorrow all of Brazil will know who has won the big prize of R$ 1,5 million reais (over 800 thousand dollars). It'll either be...

Dourado, a jiu-jitsu fighter and a closeted homophobe,

Fernanda, who has said she will spend the prize money on plastic surgery,

or Cadu, a sweet angel from heaven above, who is also the one I am rooting for.

This post is really a tribute to Cadu. A 24 year old personal trainer from Rio de Janeiro. Despite his young years, he is kind, consistent in his opinions and makes me want to carry his children.

He is completely not the type I go for. This is more my style:

But Cadu...

makes me sweat.

on the weekend

1. I am feeling deeply guilty. Yesterday, as I was driving, I saw a cat get run over by the car in front of me. I didn't stop to help it. Cats scare the shit out of me, but he was run over by a car. I should have stopped and taken it to a vet.

2. I found out a guy I am interested in just broke up with an emotionally retarded girl. If that's what he's into, then he should really call me.

3. After seeing It's Complicated this weekend, I realised that I would do Steve Martin. Then I realised that I have actually felt his way since Roxanne.

true story

When I was 13, one of my best friends, a girl called Jenny, wrote down the lyrics to this song on notebook paper and left it in my locker.

I felt so wanted.

ten things about the Golden Globes

1.
"Abadar".

2.
William Hurt has obviously given up on life.

3.
Why did Rob not come. Why.

4.
Most pretentious dress of the evening.

5.
UGLIEST dress of the evening.

6.
Tina Fey came as Sarah Palin dressed as Mary Poppins.

7.
If Drew had removed the bedazzled dead porcupine from her hip, this dress would've been fab.

8.
That's what I am talking about.

9.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

day twelve

It is the 12th day of 2010. Only now could I get myself together to post something.

So far, this new year has presented a series of ups and downs (much like life itself):

Downs:

1. Sherlock Holmes. You disappoint me, Robert Downey.

(image via here)

(Yet your bloodied torso does not.)

2.
(image via here)

Yeah. No.

3. Not one of my New Year resolutions have come true as of yet. Specifically because 2 out of the 3 resolutions depend on me actually doing something relatively simple.

Ups:

1.
(image via here)

It's back.

2. I'm re-watching My-So-Called Life.

(image via here)

Because I used to, like, BE Angela. And I still have impure thoughts about Mr. Catalano.

3. And not TV related...

The Shrink told me today that I am not fat.

I wanted to french kiss her.

resolution, part 2

The Huffington Post asks which man I want to kiss at midnight. So on the eve before 2011, any of the following will do:

With tongue, preferably.
